Ingredients
- 1 pkg. cooked gnocchi
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 3/3 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. White Pepper
- 1/8 cup Basil, Chopped
- 1/8 Lb. Prosciutto, Chopped
- 1/4 cup Pecorino Romano cheese
- Panko Bread Crumbs
Instructions
- Warm cream and butter over medium low heat until butter is melted. Remove from heat and stir in salt, pepper, basil and 1/8 cup cheese.
- Lightly butter a 8x8 baking dish. Add gnocchi and prosciutto to the dish. Pour cream sauce over. Top with remaining 1/8 cup cheese. Lightly sprinkle Panko bread crumbs over the top.
- Bake 375° for about 25 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Once cooking is done, turn on the broiler and brown the top until lightly golden. Let sit for 5-10 minutes to set.
